Tóm tắt nhanh: USP: PW (Purified Water) dùng công thức, rửa thiết bị. WFI (Water for Injection): trực tiếp vào IV, cơ thể. WFI cực kỳ nghiêm: endotoxin < 0.25 EU/mL, bacteria < 10 CFU/100mL. Eu Pharmacopoeia 2023 chấp nhận WFI by membrane (không cần distillation nữa).

  • Must demonstrate continuous monitoring
  • Biofilm control regime validated
  • Annual performance qualification

**Production pathway PW (tiêu biểu):**
