**Digital logbook (preferred 2025+):**

QR code scan on equipment → mobile app → auto-fill customer info → enter readings → submit → auto-schedule next visit → customer gets email report.

**Retention policy:**

Giữ logbook tối thiểu 5 năm từ ngày service. Cần cho: warranty disputes, regulatory compliance (healthcare), SLA performance audit.
